Responsibilities:
• Responsible of the project management for online developments/changes of e-KRUK platform (planning,
coordinating, testing, promoting);
• Monitors online lead and lag KPIs and performance of e-KRUK and all digital campaigns and ensure all target
objectives are met;
• Involvement in planning, developing and managing digital campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social
media and display advertising together with other departments;
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of digital campaigns together with Marketing Department;
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
• Collaborate with internal teams for the creation of landing pages and optimize user experience regarding
products and campaigns;
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and
customer touch points;
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners;
• Work closely with Product Managers to enhance customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
• Product management experience in online platform/websites development;
• Proven working experience in digital marketing;
• Provable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display
advertising campaigns;
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, HotJar);
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas);
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads Campaigns;
• Graphic design knowledge (Canva);
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform
and motivate;
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Romanian and English.
