Alex Ursu has over 10 years of experience in the IT world and has been working for Salesforce for over seven years. During this period, he was involved in multiple digitization projects for clients from various fields, from retail, utilities, energy, oil&gas and even gaming in numerous countries, such as Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia or Serbia, with a specific focus on digital marketing. He strongly believes that, when delivered properly, digitization can help companies achieve their goals – and also believes that „Trash, delivered at the speed of light, is still trash”.

With over 19 years of marketing experience in B2C and B2B, Madalina has had multiple Product Marketing Management roles in national companies and international corporations as IBM, at both EMEA and global level, managing products in technologies such as cloud computing, Data&AI and cybersecurity.

 

 

 


Lelia Mancaș

Lelia Mancaș , Director of Marketing, Communication & CSR, Edenred Romania

Lelia has over 15 years of experience in marketing and communication in complex,
dynamic and challenging fields, such as: life insurance, health&fitness and B2B financial solutions. Lelia Mancaș is a graduate of European Studies Faculty, holds a master’s degree in International Affairs and a certification in Leadership from Harvard Business Publishing. From 2021, Lelia writes the story of a successful brand, with a direct impact on the growth of its business, from the role of Director of Marketing, Communication & CSR at Edenred Romania, the leader of the extra salary benefits market in Romania.

 

 


Bianca Stănescu

Bianca Stănescu, Director of Product Marketing, SiriusXM

Bianca leads Product Marketing at AdsWizz and Simplecast, both subsidiaries of SiriusXM, with a focus on digital audio advertising. She has a knack for infusing a human touch into technology and closely tracks industry trends and influencers. After earning her degree in Journalism and Communications, she pursued a Master’s in Media Management and spent the early part of her career primarily in writing. In 2016, she dove headfirst into Product Marketing and has been fervently passionate about the field, crafting strategic positioning and building market awareness for audio ad tech, cyber-security, and SaaS companies. Bianca is also a Product Marketing Alliance mentor and ambassador, dedicated to giving back to the community.

Cristina Șerban, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Bitdefender

Cristina Șerban is Senior Product Marketing Manager at Bitdefender. A graduate of the advanced Diploma in Professional Marketing program and currently a Chartered Marketer, Cristina has over 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing with companies in the IT&C area such as Oracle, IBM or Bitdefender.
Through the multiple roles she has had over time, Cristina has been involved in the development and implementation of the entire marketing process, from the identification of external and internal factors that influence performance and the definition of marketing strategies, to the execution and measurement of effectiveness them.

 


Bogdan Cârlescu

Bogdan Cârlescu, Senior Director Consumer Segment Marketing, Bitdefender

Bogdan stands at the intersection of cybersecurity, innovation, and global marketing, focusing on the global growth of tech ventures. With an extensive background in product and marketing leadership, he is deeply invested in the intersection of cybersecurity and business growth. His experience includes spearheading the go-to-market strategies for Bitdefender’s security products, enhancing their visibility worldwide, and introducing creative marketing solutions at Creatopy. At Vodafone Romania, he directed the Managed Services Portfolio, delivering IT solutions tailored to diverse sectors.
