Speakers & Panelists
Manolis has gained profound experience in managing projects in the areas of Customer Segmentation & Profiling, Recommendation Systems, Next Best Action/Offer, Cross-sell/up-sell and Churn Modeling, Customer Lifetime Value, Text analytics, Data Cleansing & Enrichment, Analytics Center of Excellence design, event-based campaigns and customer journeys design. He is currently leading the Analytics CoE and Campaign management functions at National Bank of Greece, the leader in the industry.
Laura Mihailă has managed a many campaigns, digital transformation and brand management projects as Head of Marketing of the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR) including the launch of “George”, the first intelligent banking. Her experience includes the global management of blue-chip brands & national top 20 Romanian brands.
She is also a business strategy consultant, mentor at Innovx business accelerator, trainer at Marketing Institute and member of Romanian IAA Executive Board.
Boris Romaniuc joined ING in April 2015 as Head of Customer Intelligence, Retail Banking. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Cybernetics and a Master’s degree in Statistics. 6 months later after joining the ING he also took the Chief Data Officer role for ING Bank with main scope to speed up the transformation towards a data oriented company. Before ING, Boris worked 11 years with Vodafone Romania in various roles related to data and customer value management, led different teams like: business intelligence, analytics, campaign management towards customer lifecycle management and direct marketing. In his free time, he likes to play online games, travel and read Sci Fi literature.
Mihai Ciuta is an experienced market research specialist ready to turn your data into actionable insights, gained both on agency, in Romania and UK, and on the client-side, more than 7 years for Coca Cola Hellenic Romania. Mihai has an extensive hands-on experience in managing data research. He’s currently involved in coordinating customer experience projects and initiatives for Raiffeisen Bank, after previously leading a team of customer experience professionals dedicated to high-quality client program delivery for Ipsos.
Cristina has been managing successful customer experience programs and initiatives in insurance and financial services for the insurance company Uniqa. She previously worked for Kruk, the leader of the debt management market and is now involved in CX projects for the leader of life insurance market, NN, where she manages a team of specialists as Head of Value Proposition.
Stefan has 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working previously for corporations such as IBM and Oracle. He held various positions covering sales management, marketing strategy and channel expansion strategy. Stefan is keen on making a difference by bringing the power of advanced analytics and AI to companies, enabling them to gain a competitive edge with comprehensive insights on customers, risks and opportunities, together with proper data management capabilities.
